Kathy Thompson Kathy Thompson is one of our Management Development Training Consultants delivering several of our Generic Courses and working with our clients to deliver specific in-house programmes. She also specialises in executive coaching on a one-to-one basis and is DISC certified. Kathy's previous career was centred on work for NatWest Bank Plc in NatWest's training function, consulting, designing and delivering many high-impact learning events. She also managed an extensive learning resource network across NatWest and was the chief buyer of learning materials. Kathy specialises in Management Development and Leadership Skills training. She believes that effective leadership is the key to business success.
