Terms of Business

Generic Course fees:

1 day training coursemax fee per delegate £350/£500*

2 day training coursemax fee per delegate £350/£500*

*Excludes Behavioural / Attitudinal /Sales Skills Development Report.

Fees for our Generic Courses exclude accommodation costs, telephone calls, additional drinks etc.
If required, accommodation bookings on your behalf can be made with our venue partners. Please
contact our Training Support team for details. Training Matters International accepts no responsibility
for bills unpaid by participants or hotel accommodation cancellation costs.


Payment

   All course fees must be settled in full at least 28 days before the start of the course.

   Proforma invoices will be issued on booking and must be settled at least 28 days before the start
   of the course.

   In the case of late payments, we reserve the right to reallocate course places.


Cancellation

   Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Cancellation of a booking is free up to 28 days
   before the course start date.  50% of the course fee will be refunded up to 15 days before the
   course start date. No course refunds will be provided within 14 days of the course start date.

   No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

   Notified substitutions may be made without additional charge.


Transfers

   Up to 7 days before the course start date, transfers to another course or course date may be
   made provided the course is of the same duration as the original booking and the course is
   scheduled to run within 6 months of the original booking. No further transfers will be allowed
   and no refund will be provided as a result of a transfer.

   To offset administration costs, a transfer charge of £100 will be levied.


Training Matters International reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. In the unlikely event
that this should happen, an alternative date will be offered. If an alternative date cannot be agreed,
then the full course fee will be refunded. Training Matters International shall not be liable for any
consequential or indirect losses howsoever caused or arising from a cancellation other than the
course fee paid.

Training Matters International is wholly committed to a process of continuous product and service improvement. For this reason, we reserve the right to alter our programme content and/or schedule without prior notice.
